Polomolok is an agro-indutrial 1st class Municipality of South Cotabato, Southern Philippines. It is home to one of the biggest pineapple plantations in the world. The town’s elevation is approximately 1000 ft. above sea level. It has a tropical rainforest weather and a typhoon-free town, all year round.
Based on the latest data gathered from the Philippine Statistics Authority, the population of the town as of August 2015 is 152,789 and made it the most populated town in South Cotabato (next to the City of Koronadal, province-wide).
The town is under the leadership of Mayor Honey Lumayag-Matti (2016-2019) and is represented to the lower house of the Legislative by Congressman Jun Acharon Jr (2016-2019).
